The fees you pay to us are:

  1. To arrange finance Nil
  2. To arrange Insurance Nil
  3. To help with the First Home Buyers Grant Application Nil
  4. Conveyancing $660.00
  5. Pest and Building Inspection (if needed) $549.00
  6. Strata Inspection (if needed) $279.00

There will be, of course, be fees charged by the bank and Insurance company, but we will shop around for you to obtain the lowest fees and the loan and insurance that best suits your needs.
